The property was clean, quite and good. The food was reasonable, really good and tasty.. the Chef Johny really makes miracle there in the kitchen! The canteen guys were supportive especially Ravi. One of the reception staffs who received us there was good and supportive! he even assisted us for cleaning the room, awesome support!

Moreover, dal lake is near and accessible by a local taxi . 2. This is a nice facility including all the required amenities. 3. There is a properly working AC which is essential now a days 4. There is a restaurant at the ground floor which serves good dishes. 5. The bed is comfortable with adequate number of pillows. 6. The washroom has properly working hot water facility.

They both have always been very attentive and helpful. Their kind gesture and hospitality has always been beyond satisfaction. Very helpful staff, willing to organise trips to wherever you want (gulmarg, floating market etc.), always an english speaker available. I got full control over the heater, comfortable bed. Clean bathroom and always had hot water. The location was good, I could walk to every major attraction without problems, many restaurants and shops nearby. During the day there are normal indian traffic noises but during the night it was completely quiet. I was very happy with my choice

The hotel staff was good and supportive. If you ask they will guide where to visit and which market to visit for buying goods and crafts.overall its good experience.

Love the location accessible to everything The hotel staff Vinod stands out with his assistance during our stay he made sure we are comfortable in all aspects Our tour guide Wassim is very accommodating to our request, all our trip was an unforgettable experience. Srinagar tour, can't explain by words our Pahalgam trip, food trip etc. The food was incredible, just left Kashmir but I'm already missing Kashmiri cuisine. Gonna stay again the same hotel if got the chance to visit Kashmir in the future

It was a lovely stay. The location is good and hot water available 24 hrs. Also property smells good and is clean. They have an attached veg eatery which is sufficient for all meals for the day. Also they arrange transportation for the sightseeings. Special thanks to the Owner who is a gentleman and also to Waseem bhaiya for arranging everything and Rinku for the food!!!

Nice hotel and clean, room was also very clean and location is just outstanding main market area many hotels near by and near to dal lake.Staff is also very polite and helpful.we stay here for 3 nights.nice budget hotel.

Got full support during our Srinagar stay. Got a taxi, sim card, all arranged. Fresh towels and water bottles provided everyday. They even brought us anything we needed from a nearby store.
